The Wilmington Deaf Community's Silent
Dinner
has a dream!!! Dream comes true!
Surprised! Excited! How about Christmas at Dixie
Stampede at Myrtle Beach, SC! There will be
music, foods and lot of activities including
interpreter. We need 20 or more people for group.
We pay $30.38 include tax and tips (Reg price is
$48.25) because we are deaf and can't hear
music! Smile! I asked for discounts. Kids 11 and
under $22.27 include tax and tips. Deadline
Nov.14 because we need to know how many
people plan to come so WDC can pay check to
ticket office 10 business days before Dec. 6th.
If you pay yourself at door, you will pay regular
price at $48.25.
Money orders or cashier checks

July 11 - 2nd Annual hamburger and hot dog
cookout at Lake Leamon, 10pm

Sports: Attempting to make a
court-length shot from out of
bounds, Steve Myers of Pacific
Lutheran University hit a field
goal of 92 feet, 3 1/2 inches.
Officials correctly ruled the shot
illegal, but when the fans booed,
they reversed their decision and
let the shot stand.
