Peggy and me at our Class of 1970's 35th Reunion
In 1962, Peggy ('72) joined us Classmates,
Linda Gillespie, Louise, and myself as dorm mates in
Main Building. We taught her sign language during our free time there. She
walked to Joiner
Hall with her third graders and we Classmates went to Upper School as 5th
graders.
Peggy and I became pals during our school years and after we graduated, we lost
contact with
each other. In 2003, we found each other and immediately, we continued our
friendship. We
wrote and called each other every week and visited together once a month.
Now that she is gone, I am glad that we had the chance to get together these
last three years.

And when the night is cloudy,
There is still a light that shines on me,
Shine on until tomorrow, let it be.
Lyrics from the Beatles - Let It Be
I want to thank Lester for allowing me to
dedicate this section of my webpage to Peggy.
