Pictures of the Hoey Hall Wing


Yep, this is the redesigned area of the third floor,
completely unrecognizable, isn't it?

This is a close up of the first picture above. Old Gym can be seen
through the window as evidenced in the below picture.

Hoffmeyer Hall is on the right.

To the right of the scaffolding, the handicap ramp and Main Building
can be seen. By the way, the worker on the scaffolding in the four
above pictures is hanging grids for ceiling tiles.

It looks as if Mr. Moss is pointing to the original layer of mortar/stucco
on the interior wall.
 

This and the next two pictures were taken on the second floor. This
room is right above the woodshop. Again, Hoffmeyer Hall would be
outside the left window. The girls of Upper School should recognize
this view as it was part of clothing/sewing or home economics. Back
in our days, boys were not in these classes and as time moved
forward, it was my understanding that the boys could opt to take
these classes and that I, Ye Ole Webmaster may have been the
initiator of this policy. After I check on some facts, I might write a
Memory Lane article about this.

This is the same room but behind the ladder in the corner of the
room. The room's entrance from the hall should be where the man
is standing.

Another room, second floor - looks like the
doorway leads to another small room, a
storage room, perhaps?
